Yoga Anyhow

My last post was about how I have managed to do asana in odd places - and thank you guys for reading and commenting!

I ran across this post at Daily Cup of Yoga, about how any exercise can get you to the same place as yoga. Read it. I don't need to add anything!

OolaLa! thank you for leaving the link to that fabulous article! Yay. I'm a runner, a new yoga practitioner and I'm in complete agreement that running (even walking) is a wonderful way to meditate.

This is a timely post for me. I was actually finding it difficult to come to terms with just wanting to do yoga (and walking) and thought I "needed" to do other exercise to get the same results in terms of the physical. I think the important thing is that we all find what works for us and hopefully enjoy it too. I'll always want to try new things also.

Sorry, I think I'm on a different tangent!

That was great! Thanks for sharing the link. I wish I could do more aerobic exercising like running or cycling but I'm kinda limited with my heart issue. Hopefully one day I can get to it.
