Yoga Playlist

I know some of you like the music I play in class, so here is a list of my personal favourites, all available at emusic for next to nothing.

Yoga Groove (DJ Free and Brent Lewis)

Yogafit: Music for Slow Flow Yoga
(Gabrielle Roth and the Mirrors)

Loveland (Jai Uttal and Ben Leinbach)

Music for Yoga and Other Joys (Jai Uttal and Ben Leinbach)

Ahata Nada (Alanna Kaivalya) - I really love this one!

The last of the current favourites is Putumayo's Asian Lounge - not on emusic, but available at any good music store.

thanks for sharing these! Lots of schools in Australia don't use music in classes but I find it a most vital part of my class! And finding good music, for me, can make or break a pratice.

Am always looking for new tunes so thanks!! x

I agree! Music helps - maybe not all the time, but often. Check out Open Mind Open Body for more suggestions, although I myself am not a huge Deva Premal fan.
